Vietnamese Wraps

Ingredients:

- Rice Paper

- 1 julienned carrot

- 1/2 julienned cucumber

- Protein of your choice (it can be tuna steak, salmon, meat, chicken, etc.)

- Lettuce


PROCESS

- You soak the rice paper in water until you feel that is not too rigid.


- Then you arrange the lettuce, the cucumber, the carrot and your protein of preference (I added tuna steak in it marinated with lemon and a little soy sauce).


- Once you have arranged all the ingredients, roll everything in the rice paper.


PROCESS ON THE PEANUT SAUCE

In a little bowl you add:

- A tablespoon of peanut butter

- lemon juice

- 1 teaspoon of soy sauce

- A pinch of grated ginger

- 1/2 grated garlic or a pinch of garlic powder

- A little Stevia or monk fruit (if you don't have either one of these, you can put a teaspoon of honey)

- Black sesame (optional)


You stir everything very well until it is not so thick, you can add a little bit of water if it is not so liquid.


AND YOUR SAUCE IS READY!


You can put your sauce on your wraps or you can set it aside to soak them with each bite.
