Seared Tuna with Asparagus

Ingredients:
- 1 Tuna Medallion
- 4 a 5 Asparagus
- Olive Oil
- Black Sesame
- Garlic Salt
- Soy Sauce or Liquid Aminos
PROCESS:
- You leave the pan to heat over medium heat and begin to cut your asparagus into pieces.
- Lower the heat and add olive oil, your asparagus and season them with garlic salt.
- While your asparagus are cooking, you begin to dice your tuna medallion.
- When you see that your asparagus are soft, add the previously cut tuna to the pan and stir it up with your asparagus.
- Add some black sesame, stir and cook your tuna until it becomes a stronger pink or brownish color.
- You move it to a bowl and add a little soy sauce or liquid aminos and DONE!
