KETO Muffin with Ice Cream

Ingredients:

- Coconut or almond flour

- 1 egg

- Pumpkin Spice powder or Cinnamon powder

- 1 teaspoon of vanilla

- A pinch of baking powder

- 1/2 teaspoon of Stevia

- Almond Milk

- KETO Ice Cream (optional)

- Peanut Butter (optional)


PROCESS:

- In a cup, you add 3 tablespoons of coconut or almond flour.


- Then add a pinch of baking powder, stevia and the cinnamon powder or pumpkin spice powder (depending on your preference, in this case I added pumpkin spice).


- Once you have that in the cup, add the egg, a little bit of almond milk and the vanilla.


- You stir everything with a fork (it is important to use a fork so that is mixes well) until no lumps are seen in the dough.


- You put it in the microwave for about 1 minute and 30 seconds.


IT'S READY! It is delicious, you can add a teaspoon of KETO Ice Cream (as shown in the photo) or Peanut Butter.


It is a super easy dessert to make and super delicious.
