Avotoast

*NOTE: First of all, I want to tell you that there are many ways you can do the Avotoast depending on your taste.


Ingredients:

- 1 Slice of bread (I use Sara Lee Delightful)

- 1 egg (optional)

- Spinach

- Tomato (optional)

- Ricotta Cheese (optional)

- Smoked Salmon (optional)


PROCESS:

- Toast your bread.


- Once your bread is toasted, you add a bed of avocado (the amount of your preference), on top you add a bed of spinach.


*This is where it can vary*

- First option: Add a tablespoon of ricotta cheese, On top you add slices of smoked salmon (I buy it at HEB) and a bit of black sesame.


- Second option: Add tomato and a fried egg with garlic salt (the egg can also be hard-boiled or scrambled).


- Third option: Add smoked salmon, tomato, and an egg with spicy sauce.


- Fourth option: Add smoked salmon, an egg with garlic salt and a few black beans.


- Fifth option: Add ricotta cheese, mushrooms previously cooked, some slices of smoked salmon and some black sesame.


DONE! You have a few options to make a delicious and simple Avotoast.

Do the one you crave the most!


Honestly, I don't follow an specific recipe. I always vary depending on the craving that I have that day and what I have in the fridge.
